Vacation Bible School is almost here, and we are excited to invite your child to Illumination Station: Shining a Light on Who Jesus Really Is.

This year’s VBS will be a bright, energetic, gospel-centered week where kids enjoy music, games, crafts, snacks, recreation, and Bible learning while discovering what it means that Jesus is the Light of the World. Many people have heard about Jesus, but not everyone understands who He really is. Some may think of Him only as a good man, a wise teacher, or a person from long ago. At Illumination Station, kids will be challenged to answer the same question Jesus asked His disciples: “Who do you say that I am?”

Throughout the week, children will learn that Jesus is the promised Son of God, the perfect Son of God, the powerful Son of God, the proven Son of God, and God’s plan for forgiveness. Each day will help shine a light on who Jesus is and why He matters, showing kids that He brings hope, truth, forgiveness, and life to a dark world.

Our theme verse for the week is John 8:12: “I am the light of the world. Anyone who follows me will never walk in the darkness but will have the light of life.”

VBS is open to children who have completed Pre-K through 5th grade.
